About Jenn Molina

Emmy winning filmmaker Jennifer Molina is the executive producer and director of Rumberas y Vedettes. Her last two documentary films, Uniform Betrayal: Rape in the Military and life @ the end: caring in the face of loss, both broadcast nationally on PBS.

Previously she was the executive director for WUSF Public Media's local journalism center covering health news in the state of Florida, Prior to that, she was senior video producer for where she produced and edited stories on topical, socio-political, cultural and medical issues such as the changing face of Compton, California, health care in Appalachia, and issues from the national campaign trail. Molina also worked for the United Nations in Rome producing and editing promotional videos as well as developing websites for affiliated organizations within the UN such as the World Food Programme, the International Center in the Preservation & Conservation of Cultural Property, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development.

Molina is currently an adjunct lecturer in video and multimedia journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
